Clock with a QR code
If your business uses QR clocking with an iPad via the Clock App, you will need to scan your unique QR code to clock in and out for your shift.
If your business does not use QR clocking, please refer here, alternatively, if your business uses the Employee App for clocking please refer here.
Before you clock in on the iPad, you will need to have your QR code handy, if you don't have a QR code then please reach out to your manager.
Ready to clock
When you arrive for your shift you will need to:
- Have your QR code ready and scan it against the iPad camera, you will see the camera in the keypad on the Clock App.
- Once scanned, the Clock App will count down from 3 and you will be clocked in automatically.
- If automatic clocking has not been enabled by your business, you will need to select the 'Clock In' button to clock in for your shift.
- If you haven't been rostered (i.e. you were called in), you may need to select the relevant roster from the drop-down box before clocking in.
- Photo capture may be required if your business has selected this option. Smile!
- If you are clocking early or late for your shift, you may need to enter a reason, please give as much detail in the box provided.
- Scan your QR code to clock in & out for breaks if required.
- Scan your QR code at the end of your shift to clock out.
Forgot to clock on or off?
Please let your manager know if you forget to clock in or out.
