If your business uses training in foundU, you will be able to access your assigned training course/s from your Employee App.

Downloading and logging into the Employee App
If you need assistance in downloading or logging into the Employee App, refer to the Download the Employee App & Login article.
Access your assigned training courses
Once you have downloaded and logged into the Employee App you can now access your assigned training courses.
To access your training:
1. Navigate to the hamburger icon in the top right of your home screen to access the 'Training' menu or you can access your training courses via the notification on your home screen.
2. You will see your assigned courses under the 'Training' area. Select 'Continue Course' to access the assigned course and to complete it.
FAQs
1. I don't have any training courses assigned, what do I do?
If you don't currently have any training courses assigned when you should please contact your foundU admin.
2. What if my business doesn't use training?
That's okay! if your business doesn't use training in foundU then you will not see the 'Training' section in your Employee App.
3. Does my manager know when I have completed my training?
Your foundU admin will be notified once you have completed your assigned course/s.
4. What does it look like when I have a course ready for me to access?
Once your foundU admin has assigned a course to you, an email will be sent to your email address to let you know that a course has been assigned to you.
When you log into your Employee App you will also see a blue notification on your home screen letting you know that you have courses to complete. You can also access the 'Training' section from the full menu to see your assigned course/s here.
5. Why is my Training showing as incomplete when I have done it?
If you have completed your training course and it is not showing as 'Completed' there may be multiple modules within the course that need to be completed.
If you have completed all modules then please contact your foundU admin for further assistance.
