If your business collects information on your Covid-19 Vaccination status e.g. for your AstraZeneca, Pfizer Moderna etc vaccine details, you can easily update your details in your foundU App.
To upload or edit your details, in your Employee App navigate to:
- View profile > Financial Details (you'll need to enter in your security code to access).
- Then scroll to the bottom to fill in your Vaccination Status and Vaccination Certificate (once downloaded from your myGov).
- Select your Vaccine status and upload your Vaccination Certificate (if your business collects this) and save.
Security of Vaccination information:
Employees sometimes ask why you need to additionally enter in your security code when accessing your vaccination details. This is because the information is treated with the utmost privacy and is under the highest level of permissions in the foundU system.
