Upload a Vaccination Certificate or Uniform details

If your business collects information about your Vaccine Status, you'll be able to upload your Vaccination Status and Vaccination Certificate.

1. Navigate to your Profile > Financial Details and scroll down to the Covid 19 Vaccination section.
2. You'll then be able to see your details including where you can update your Vaccination status and upload a Vaccination Certificate (where applicable).

• Please note that this section has an additional layer of security and you'll need to add in your security code (received either by email or SMS) you'll be able to see your details including where you can update your Vaccination status and upload a Vaccination Certificate (where applicable).

Below is an example of a business that has their employees update their Vaccine Status.

Your business may also collect other information for example for Uniforms etc, this information which is not sensitive, can be located in your Profile > Other section.
