You can change your password in two ways:
1. If you know your existing password and you'd like to change it, you can do so via the Employee Portal.
2. If you don't know your existing password, you're able to use the 'Forgot password' button on yourcompany.foundu.com.au/register page
1. You're able to change your log in password for your employee portal.
To change your password from your existing one,
- After logging in, navigate to view profile from the top menu or through the hamburger icon on a mobile device.
- Click Change Password.
- Type in your old password and your new password twice.
- Click Change Password.
2. If you don't know your existing password, you're able to use the 'Forgot password' button on yourcompany.foundu.com.au/login page.
- You'll then be prompted to enter in your email address that you used to register your foundU account.
- If you're not sure what email you used, you can contact your administrator who can confirm this for you.
- You'll then be prompted to choose how you would like to reset your password either via SMS or Email.

- Email, you'll receive an Email message with your five-digit verification code. Ensure to double check your junk mail.
- SMS, you'll receive a SMS message with your five-digit verification code

- Enter in the Verification code
- Enter in a new password (8 characters, include at-least one capital letter and symbol).
- You'll then be redirected to log in using your email and new password.
