From your Employee App, you can edit or delete your leave applications which may be handy if you make an error in the initial application or you need to amend the dates.
To edit an unapproved leave application
- After logging in, select Time Off from the bottom menu. Or select the hamburger icon and then Time off > Leave.
- In the Upcoming Leave section select the Leave dates you would like to Edit.
- Select the 3 blue dots on the right to edit or delete this application.
- Make the desired changes as required (i.e., date, time, hours) and press OK. After changes have been made, resubmit the application.
The system will detect any conflicting leave applications that overlap and link you to them so you can make changes as needed.
To delete an unapproved leave application
If you need to delete an application entirely you can do this via a similar process.
- In the Upcoming Leave section select the Leave dates you would like to Delete.
- Select the 3 blue dots on the right then select the delete icon.
- You will then be prompted if you are sure you would like to delete. (See above)
Once deleted, a pop up on the top of your screen will indicate that this has been successful, and the leave application will no longer appear under 'Upcoming Leave'.
