If your business uses Submit Shifts, you will be able to View your Shifts and Submit Shifts for your past shifts worked through the Times icon.
When you're adding or editing a Shift, you can also add an allowance.
To add in an allowance:
- Click Allowance.
- Select the Allowance Type from the drop-down and select Add Allowance.
- Add the Allowance Amount.
- Add any additional Comments for the approver to view if required.
- Upload documents e.g. reimbursement form etc if required.
- Click Save.
- Click Add Another to add any additional allowances
- Click the red delete bin to delete the allowance from the shift.
On the Times screen, you'll now see a hand with coins indicating an allowance is attached to that shift.
