How do I make sure I'm being considered for jobs?

There are three things you can do to be found by potential employers:

1. Update your availability regularly;
2. Update your descriptions and skills and qualifications; and
3. Upload a current resume.

The first two are particularly important because if these do not match the job specifications you will not be found in searches.
