To access Employee Benefits:
- From your Employee app, select the main menu on the top left.
- Next, select the Benefits tab from the side menu.
- This will directly link to the exclusive Flare Benefits website, giving you access to exclusive discounts and vouchers.

If my business uses Flare and I decide to use the program, what details of mine are shared?
Your details will not be shared with Flare. If you decide to buy a voucher or use any of the entertainment options through the program, the information saved in your foundU Employee App will automatically populate some fields for you. For instance, your email and phone number will be pre-filled in the form.
What is the cost to me of using this program?
There is no cost at all! Flare is free to use for both yourself and your employer. Any and all costs are covered by us at foundU!
Where do I get in touch to follow up on a purchase I have made, do I contact my employer, foundU or Flare?
Your employer and the team at foundU have no access to or knowledge of your use of the Benefits program so we can't be of much help! You can chat to your employer to get in touch with Flare but it is best to deal with it directly via the link below.
